A $75.00 CASH ONLY nonrefundable registration fee is paid to The Capri management at check-in. This fee* allows for:

• an access code to the building
• access to open building amenities*
• parking pass for a single spot

Additional parking may be available for $10 per day at the OC Municipal Parking lot which is a short distance from the unit at 100th street. *Registration fee covers a maximum 7 nights stay or less. Capri by the Sea OCMD is not responsible for building amenities that have been closed due to unforeseen circumstances or emergency.
